Self-Propelled Articulated Boom Lift
CYT’s Self-Propelled Articulating Boom Lifts include both diesel and electric driven models, with the primary feature being the highly flexible and convenient, multi-stage folding boom. Their articulation and rotation in particular allows this type of work platform to out-maneuver various obstacles and work at several points without the need to reposition the base. With a wide operating range, high efficiency and large load capacity, numerous technical innovations have been incorporated into the design so that the product boasts high-level safety, reliability and operability. Articulating Boom Lifts are widely used for plant installation and maintenance, venue construction and maintenance, construction engineering, large-scale warehousing, aviation and aerospace industry applications, airports and harbors, urban utilities and gardening, curtain wall engineering and more.
CYT Self-propelled Articulated Boom Lift Features
Diesel articulated boom lift
- 1. Complete Safety Devices: Standard four-link weighing devices; measures such as overload protection, automated detection device for detecting platform amplitude and height, automatic control of the movement speed and traveling speed of the boom, and high-precision weighing devices, to ensure the safety and stability of operation in all directions.
- 2. Control box: Full proportional control handle and CAN bus as well as PLC control system with high positioning accuracy are easy to be controlled and can be operated by the users at will.
- 3. Traveling System: The closed running system consisting of electro-proportional variable pump, hydraulic control variable motor and flow distribution valve can gain relatively high movement speed and relatively low and stable running speed. The system works efficiently and generates less heat.
- 4. Hydraulic System: Closed running system, speed easily to be adjusted, wide speed range; the boom’s hydraulic system adopts double valve core circuit, which enhances the safety. The hydraulic components adopt European and American pure brands.
Electric articulated boom lift
- 1. Smaller Structure Size: The power-driven vehicle has a smaller width and height (off-running status), which is more suitable for indoor operation.
- 2. Environmentally Friendly: The electric articulating boom takes storage battery as the power source and makes low noise and no emission, so it can be used indoor and other environments with special requirements.
- 3. Hybrid Power (Optional): The options of generator sets are available, and the generators can be used to charge the storage battery.
- 4. Manually-operated Emergency Drop Device: The manually-operated pump in the system can be used to descend emergently.
- 5. Power and Gas Supply in Platform: As per the requirements of users, the platform can be equipped with AC380V power and compressed air pipe, to meet the users’ special working required
